Sir William BROWNLOW or BROWNLOWE 1595-1666
Biographical Note
Second son of Richard Brownlow of Belron, Lincolnshire, Chief Protonothary of the Court of Common Pleas. BA University College, Oxford 1611, barrister of the Inner Temple 1617. He was created a baronet in 1641, and was MP for Lincolnshire in 1653.
Books

Its growth largely took place during the 18th century (there were ca.1300 books there by 1730), but there are books at Belton today with can be associated with Sir William.
