Sir Thomas ORBY, 3rd baronet 1658-1724

Biographical Note

Born in Paris, son of Thomas Orby of London. Matriculated at Wadham College, Oxford 1676. BA 1680. Succeeded as baronet in 1715 after the death of his older brother, Charles. Family seat at Croyland Abbey. Married Charlotte Gerard (b. ca.1652).
