Henry MORDAUNT, 2nd Earl of Peterborough 1623-97

Biographical Note

Son of John Mordaunt, 1st Earl of Peterborough (d.1643); the Mordaunt family were prominent Northamptonshire Roman Catholics. Courtier, politician.
