Thomas JETT d.1730

Biographical Note

Admitted at the Middle Temple 1705; he was later a member of Gray's Inn and auditor of the Exchequer.

Books

Jett's printed books were auctioned in London, beginning 15 February 1731; there was a separate sale of his manuscripts "consisting of heraldry, &c. with several bundles of papers of heraldry" beginning 11 May 1731, and of his paintings beginning 2 March 1731. A probate inventory of his goods survives in the records of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
