James MUNDY b.1656/7

Biographical Note

Son of Stephen Mundy of London, gentleman. Matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford 1673, but did not graduate; barrister of the Inner Temple 1678, serjeant at law 1700.

Books

Mundy used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 21325); the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
