Charles BANNERMAN 1719-1747

Biographical Note

Second son of Sir Patrick Bannerman (Lord Provost of Aberdeen, d. 1733). Writer to the Signet (1742), died 1747, unmarried.

Used an engraved bookplate (Franks 1386): Bannerman, Chas.

The extent and disposition of his library is not known.
