Joseph TAYLOR d.1715
Biographical Note
Taylor was a member of the Inner Temple, and described himself as such in his will; he has not been found in the university lists. The will also mentions marriage articles from 1712, suggesting that he was quite young at the time of his death.
Books
Taylor's library was sold by retail sale in London, beginning 29.10.1716. No catalogue survives, but the sale was advertised in the Daily Courant ("a collection of valuable books in most faculties"). His brief will has no mention of books; most of his estate was left to his wife Elizabeth.
