Biographical Note
Wine merchant, traveller, antiquary, who spent the last part of his life living with his cousin of the same name at Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, where he compiled various manuscripts collections, and spent time “in his closet reading or writing, being naturally inclined to study”.

Rawdon compiled a number of commonplace books, accounts and journals.
