John FRANCKLIN or FRANKLIN 1666-1710
Biographical Note
Born at Tittleshall, Norfolk, son of John Francklin, rector there. BA Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge 1686, MA 1692. Rector of Sculthorpe, Norfolk 1700, of Gressenhall 1704; held other benefices, and was lecturer at Wisbech.
Books
Francklin inherited the books of his relation Sir John Franklin (q.v., d.1707), which he in turn bequeathed to his wife with the rest of his household goods.
