Edward WAPLE 1647-1712
Biographical Note
Son of Christopher Waple, of London. BA St John's College, Oxford 1667, MA 1671, BD 1677. Prebendary of Wells 1667, canon of Winchester 1690; vicar of St Sepulche, London 1683, archdeacon of Taunton 1682.
Books
Waple bequeathed his library (ca.1860 volumes, plus ca.300 duplicates sold) to Sion College.
