Of Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, barber-surgeon.
Books
Bequeathed books and surgical instruments to his son, John Shaw, 2 February 1691. The bequest included works by Nicholas Culpeper, John Gerard, Ambroise Paré, Thomas Vicary and Johann Vesling, and was valued at £313 12s 8d.
