Theophilus DILLINGHAM 1612-78
Biographical Note
Born at Over Deane, Bedfordshire, son of Thomas Dillingham, rector there. BA Emmanuel College, Cambridge 1634, MA 1637, fellow of Sidney Sussex College 1638, BD 1644, DD 1655. Master of Clare College 1655; he was briefly ejected in 1660, but reinstated shortly afterwards. Prebendary of York 1661, archdeacon of Bedford 1667.

Dillingham bequeathed books, and money for the purchase of books, to Clare College.
