Biographical Note
Son of John Ward of Spratton, Northamptonshire, priest. BA Magdalen Hall, Oxford 1649, MA Christ Church 1652. Vicar of Gretton, Northamptonshire 1652, of Stratford-upon-Avon, 1662.
