Daniel BERRY d.1653

Biographical Note

Son of Robert Berry, vicar of Knowstone, Devon. BA Emmanuel College, Cambridge 1624, MA 1627. Vicar of Knowstone and Molland, 1626; ejected 1646, after which he lived on his estate at Pulworthy, Molland, until his death.

Books

When he was sequestered, his goods were sold, except his books, of which nine horse-loads were reputedly taken away forcibly and given to Lewis Stucley, independent minister at Exeter.
