A number of mostly 17th century books survive bearing an armorial stamp of the Hayward family, which seem most probably to be associated with Sir William (they have also been attributed to his father John, ca.1571-1631, whose dates look too early). Examples: Christopher edwards cat 77 (2020)/87.
