Thomas BRUCE, 7th Earl of Kincardine 1663-1740

Books

An engraved armorial bookplate of the first half of the 18th century, "The Right Honble. the Earl of Kincardine" (Franks 4132) seems likely to have been used by Thomas Bruce, the 7th Earl, or possibly his son William, 8th Earl, who also died in 1740; subsequent Earls also had the title of Earl of Elgin.
