Biographical Note

BA Clare College, Cambridge 1575/6, MA 1579, fellow of Corpus Christi. Proceeded BD 1586.

Books

Bound's probate inventory includes over 140 books, valued at £17 19s 4d (from a total estate valued at £43 19s 8d). Many of the books are simply entered as '100 small & old bookes', but of those listed in more detail, most are in Latin, with some Hebrew, English, Greek and French. They cover a variety of subjects, predominantly theology alongside some mathematics, grammar, philosophy and music. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.152 (see full citation below).
