Of Derbyshire. BA St John's College, Cambridge 1560, fellow there from 1560, MA 1563. He is recorded as holding extreme puritan views.
Books
Dakins's probate inventory includes 46 books, valued at £2 3s 3d (from a total estate valued at £7 6s 6d). The books are mostly in Latin, with some English and Hebrew, with a predominance of theology alongside some philosophy, classics, and other topics.
