Henry VAN STRATEN d.1725?

"A collection of pictures, prints, drawings, and books of Mr. Henry van Straten, deceas'd, consisting of history, architecture, perspective, &c, with other materials belonging to the painting profession" was auctioned in London "for the benefit of his children", beginning 7 June 1725; no catalogue survives, but the sale was advertised in the Daily Post. Van Straten has not been identified, but was presumably a painter.
