Fellow of St Catharine's College, Cambridge 1529, BA 1529, MA 1532, licensed to study abroad in 1537.

Moore's probate inventory includes 111 titles, in 112 volumes, valued at £6 2s 11d (from a total estate valued at ca.£13 8s). He bequeathed four of his best books to John Walles and John Crosyer; the rest of his goods were left to his father.
