Biographical Note

Vicar of Driffield, Yorkshire.

Books

His library of ca.150 books included many late medieval manuscripts inherited from a relative, who was the last prior of Byland. He directed that his library should be kept together, but much of it passed in the early seventeenth century to Henry Savile.
