Owner as yet unidentified. May be linked to the John Hiccocks whose will was proved in 1726.
Books
Hiccocks' books were sold by retail sale alongside those of another deceased gentleman from 18 January 1727. The sale was advertised in the Daily Post and the Daily Journal, and was described as "consisting of history, divinity, law, physick, mathematicks, plays, poetry, romances, novels, husbandry, trade &c. in Latin, French, Italian, Spanish and English...".
