Richard MUNDEN d.1726

Biographical Note

Munden was a Brigadier General who, according to documents in the National Archives, was of Egham, Surrey and died in Dublin, Ireland.

Books

Munden's "curious library of books, all richly bound and in good order" was sold by auction in London from 28 March 1726, alongside his household goods. The sale was advertised in the Daily Post, and at least one catalogue of the sale is to be found in the National Archives (C 109/287).
