Books
Lusher's will makes no mention of his library, and his books were sold by auction in London over five nights beginning 18 December 1729. The printed catalogue, which arranges the items by date of auction and format, describes the sale as 'Consisting of 500 articles in Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish, French, and English. Being a collection of the most approved modern authors, in divinity, history, poetry, physick, voyages, travels, and other polite literature. With some very good editions of the classicks, and several very curious manuscripts'.
