Biographical Note
Born in London; admitted at St John's College, Cambridge 1729, but did not graduate. Vicar of Beenham, Berkshire 1731, of Heston, Middlesex 1733, rector of Hascombe, Surrey 1750.
Books
Horton used an engraved armorial bookplate, made when he was a fellow-commoner at St John's (Franks 15408); the extent of his library is not known.
