Of London, probably. BA Trinity College, Cambridge 1571, fellow there from 1573, MA 1574.
Books
Sharpe's probate inventory includes over 110 books, valued at £10 11s 6d (from a total estate valued at £36 15s 6d). The books are mostly in Latin, with some Greek and English ones, with a mixture of theology, classics and other subjects (including a lute book). Administration of his estate was granted to his brother Thomas of London, fishmonger. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.138 (see full citation below).
