LL.B Trinity Hall, Cambridge 1562, having been a fellow there from 1559; no other details of his career are known.
Books
Edwards's probate inventory includes ca.95 books, valued at £17 4s 9d (from a total estate valued at £47 11s 5d). The books are mostly in Latin, with some Greek ones, with a predominance of law alongside some theology, classics and other subjects. He bequeathed various specific books to academic colleagues and pupils. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.130 (see full citation below).
