Books

Atkinson's probate inventory includes ca.150 books, valued at £7 4s 10d (from a total estate valued at just under £15). The books are mostly in Latin, with some Greek and Hebrew grammars, with a predominance of theology alongside some philosophy, classics, and other topics. He bequeathed a copy of the works of Origen to Peterhouse, but it cannot be traced there today. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.98 (see full citation below).
