Books
Robinson's probate inventory includes 84 titles, in 119 volumes, valued at £2 12s 4d (from a total estate valued at £19 6s 11d). The books are largely in Latin, with a little Greek, and include theology, classics, philosophy, medicine and other subjects. He made a number of specific bequests of books in his will, including a set of the works of Galen to Pembroke, one medical book of their choosing to each of the fellows of the College, and his New Testament "of Paris binding" to his uncle Robert Robinson; the residue of his estate was left to his father. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.36 (see full citation below).
