Sir Edward GIBSON, 2nd bart d.1727
Biographical Note
Son of Sir Thomas Gibson, 1st bart, of Keirhill, from whom he inherited the title in 1713. No other details of his life have been traced.
Books
Gibson used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 11844). The extent and disposition of his library are not known; he died without children and the baronetcy passed to his cousin Alexander.
