Biographical Note
Bishop of Bath and Wells (deprived). Bequeathed his books firstly to Viscount Weymouth of Longleat, with duplicates to go to Wells Cathedral (ca.450 volumes); and all his French, Italian and Spanish books to Bath Abbey Library.
