Henry PACEY ca.1669-1729

Biographical Note

Son of Richard Pacey, yeoman of Bolingbroke, Lincolnshire. His education is not recorded but he was MP for Boston from 1722; he also held various local administrative offices as mayor and deputy recorder of Boston.

Books

In his will, Pacey directed that his wife Cassandra should keep any of his books that she wished to; the remainder were to be sold along with other parts of his estate, to benefit his family. His library was auctioned in London, beginning 25 March 1731, along with the books of Henry Crosby.
