Bagnall's bookplate, British Museum Franks Collection 1119

Books

A "John Bagnall of Trinity Hall Cambridge and of ye Inner Temple London" used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 1119); he is listed in Venn as having matriculated at Trinity Hall as a fellow-commoner in 1746, and he subscribed to An account of Sir Isaac Newton's philosophical discoveries in 1748, but he has otherwise not been traced.
