Of Chicksands Priory, Bedfordshire, governor of Guernsey, MP for Corfe Castle, Dorset, 1623–4 and 1625. Although Guernsey sided with parliament during the Civil War, Osborne held Castle Cornet there for the king until 1646. He retreated to exile in St Malo.

Books
