Paul BATCHELLER 1676/7-1773

Biographical Note

Admitted sizar (age 16) at St John's College 1694; son of Paul Batchiller linen draper, father of Paul Batcheller (1728).

Born at Salisbury, Wiltshire. Matriculated 1695; B.A. 1699/1700; M.A. 1718. Ordained priest, (London) 1702. Rector of Storrington, Sussex, 1721-33.

Probably chaplain to the 11th Foot, c. 1715.
