William UMFREVILL or UMFREVILE 1655?-1706
Biographical Note
Born at Langham, Essex, son of William Umfrevill. BA Christ's College, Cambridge 1674, MA 1677, DD 1690. Rector of Bawdsey, Suffolk; lecturer at St Andrews, Holborn.
Books
Umfrevill’s library was auctioned in London, 24.6.1706. The sale catalogue lists 1305 lots, divided between Latin theological, philological, historical, etc (495 lots) and English books (810).
