Biographical Note
Described in his will as DD, but not traced in the university lists; Walker suggests he was an Oxford MA. Rector of St Martin Outwich, London.

Pierce's goods were seized in 1643, when his books were valued at £14 17s. His brief will has no mention of books, but gave most of his money and goods to his wife and daughter.
