Son of Francis Fulford of Terror, Dorset, gentleman. BA Balliol College, Oxford 1736, MA 1741; no further details of his career have been traced.

Books

Fulford used an engraved armorial bookplate, made when he was at Balliol (Franks 11465); the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
