Biographical Note

Fellow and sub warden of All Souls College, Oxford. Canon of Christ Church, Oxford.

Books

In his will, Day's first bequest was "xviii bookes of the doctore uppon he common and civile lawe w[hi]ch bookes stands first againste the dore in my littell studie...". Day's probate inventory (transcribed and edited as PLRE 84) includes over 140 books.
