William LOVEGROVE d.1717?
Books
The library of "William Lovegrove, Esq; and of an eminent lawyer, lately deceas'd: being a choice collection of books in all faculties" was sold by retail sale in London, beginning 2 December 1717; no catalogue survives, but the sale was advertised in the Daily Courant and Post Boy. Lovegrove has not been identified, but may be a member of the family of that name who were farmers/local gentry in Chippenham over many generations.
