John BRYAN d.1676
Biographical Note
BA Emmanuel College, Cambridge 1627, MA 1632, BD 1645, DD 1651. Rector of Barford, Warwickshire 1632; chaplain to the parliamentary garrison at Warwick in the 1640s. Vicar of Holy Trinity, Coventry 1644 (ejected 1662); licensed to preach at Coventry, 1672. He published various sermons, and was friendly with Richard Baxter.
