Sir Walter PARKER, 3rd bart ca.1700-1750
Biographical Note
Son of Sir George Parker, 2nd bart, of Ratton, Sussex, MP and a member of a long-established gentry family there; he inherited the title and family estates from his father in 1727. He died unmarried and the baronetcy then became extinct.
Books
Parker used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 22743). The extent of his library is not known; in his will, he left much of his property, and "all other my real estate whatsoever" to his brother in law Nathaniel Trayton, of the Inner Temple.
