Archibald EDMONSTONE, 10th of Duntreath, 1679?-1768
Biographical Note
Son of Archibald Edmonstone, 9th of Duntreath; succeeded in 1686 at the age of about 7. The family lived mainly in Ireland at Red Hall, County Antrim. He sat in the Irish Parliament, as the member for Carrickfergus from 1715 to 1727.
