David DICCONSON or DICKINSON 1665-1716

Biographical Note

Son of Peter Dicconson of London, gentleman. BA St Edmund Hall, Oxford 1687, MA 1690, when he became vicar of Medmenham, Buckinghamshire.

Books

Dicconson's library, together with that of "another eminent person deceas'd", was auctioned in London, beginning 2 December 1717; no catalogue survives, but the sale was advertised in the Daily Courant.
